HIGH PERFORMANCE OXY-FUEL COOLJET TORCH OFFERS MAJOR BENEFITS CUTTING MILD STEEL

ESAB Cutting Systems' COOLJET high performance oxy-fuel cutting torch is now available in a low-priced conversion package.  Oxy-fuel cutting machine users of any type cutting mild steel can now get more from their investment by upgrading to the high performance levels offered by the Cooljet.
 
The proven Cooljet torch is well suited to a fully automated cutting process.  It is a particularly robust cutting torch and features a completely integrated oxygen cooling system to ensure the greatest possible productivity, economy and operating safety.

While the heating flame heats the raw material to ignition point, a small amount of heating oxygen flows via the coolflow valve through the cutting channel, which cools the cutting nozzle efficiently and prevents hot gases from rising into the cutting channel.

The Cooljet is suitable for use on all flame cutting machines and by converting to it, users will also benefit from easy maintenance and a torch and nozzle life up to two times longer than with conventional torches.

Valuable production time is saved thanks to preheating times up to 30% shorter and higher cutting speeds.  In addition, optimal operational safety is assured, even when piercing holes.
