Email Notification

CommonSpot can be configured to send automatic and site-specific email notifications for content approval, freshness reminders, scheduled or real-time replication errors, userID and password assignments, and other events.

To enable CommonSpot email messaging, set up email notification with the appropriate administrator and SMTP mail server address.
